🎪 The Stations
The Livable Forest Welcome Tent
- Greet guests, pass out flyers & help with basic questions.
- Take merch payments (training provided) and share booth maps.
- Encourage guests to scan the QR to download the app.
Great for outgoing volunteers who love to talk to people!
Sanitation Station – Trash & Event Cleanliness
- Check & change park trash cans every 10 minutes.
- Walk the park for stray cups/wrappers and take bags to dumpster.
- Gloves and grabbers provided.
Perfect for staying active and keeping the park beautiful.
Event Setup Attendant
- Arrive early to set up stations, tents, signage & vendor space numbers.
- Assist with last‑minute tasks so everything’s ready on time.
Great for early risers who like to get hands‑on.
Pumpkin Patch Attendant
- Keep photo line moving and area tidy for picture‑perfect moments.
- Reset pumpkins/props & partner with Photo Booth Attendant.
For detail‑oriented volunteers who love festive vibes.
Photo Booth Attendant
- Press the button to snap photos/videos and manage the camera.
- Hand printed photos to guests or text them digital copies.
- Keep the energy fun & help with props!
Perfect for friendly, tech‑comfortable helpers.
Pumpkin Bowling Attendant
- Set/reset hay bale lanes & pins; keep pumpkins in play.

Vendor Attendant
- Greet vendors, check them in & direct to assigned booth spaces.
- Answer basic questions or connect to organizers.
You’ll keep vendor arrivals smooth & stress‑free.
Parking Attendant (Kingwood Only)
- Guide vendor unloading; ensure proper parking with vendor tags.
- Keep restricted areas clear and traffic flowing.
Ideal if you’re comfortable giving friendly directions.
