How to Become a Member

how we work

To join our community we do require  a few things from you to insure you are a good fit. We do validate all requirements. You will need to fill out an application, submit proof of business and agree to the terms and conditions. Once we receive everything and authenticate everything you will be sent a link and invite code to use when you officially join our community.

Social Media Engagement

Potential members need to actively engage with our community’s social media channels before they can join. For example, you could follow our community’s accounts, share posts, or comment on relevant discussions.

We request that members commit to contributing valuable content to the community after gaining full access. This could be in the form of articles, blog posts, case studies, or educational materials. 

We kindly request that potential members attend at least one of our community meetups. This gives us an opportunity to meet you in person and allows you to introduce yourself to our current members.

Providing professional references in your application allows us to verify your skills, experience, and work ethic. It helps assess your compatibility with the organization's culture and builds trust by validating your qualifications through third-party endorsements.
Agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) of the community is necessary to ensure the protection of confidential information, maintain the integrity of the community, and foster a safe and respectful environment for all members. It sets clear expectations for behavior, confidentiality, and responsible use of information, promoting trust and accountability among community participants.
You are prohibited from capturing screenshots, sharing, or discussing any confidential information within this group with individuals or organizations outside of The Livable Forest.
Agreeing to prioritize The Livable Forest members by offering them professional or work-related opportunities first fosters a sense of collaboration, support, and mutual benefit within the community. It promotes a spirit of networking and helps create a supportive environment where members can benefit from each other's expertise and connections. By agreeing to this, you contribute to the overall growth and success of the community by maximizing opportunities for its members and facilitating professional advancement within the group. This rule is in place to ensure that new potential members who are invited to join are genuinely committed to contributing value to the group and actively participating on a regular basis. By setting a minimum requirement of being active at least once per week, the group aims to maintain an engaged and dynamic community that fosters meaningful discussions and collaboration. As a member of The Livable Forest community, agreeing to the use of your likeness, including photography and video, for promotional purposes helps us showcase the vibrant and diverse community we have built. By featuring our members in promotional materials, we can highlight the success stories, achievements, and positive experiences within our community, inspiring others to join and benefit from the opportunities we offer. Your agreement allows us to share the collective accomplishments and journey of our community, fostering a sense of pride and unity among our members.
