• Pumpkin Patch Station
• Pumpkin Painting Station

What We Provide:

• Training sessions for all volunteer roles( We will have a meet up at the park).

1. Balloon Station:

• Tasks:
  • Inflate balloons with helium.
  • Give one per child
  • Safely tie balloons to ensure they don’t float away or pop.
  • Distribute balloons to participants and ensure a systematic queue.
  • Keep an inventory of balloon supplies and notify organizers when running low.
  • Manage balloon disposal or recycling.

2. Pumpkin Patch Station:

• Tasks:
  • Arrange pumpkins in an aesthetically pleasing manner(Set up in the morning 8 AM – 12 PM)
  • Assist attendees in selecting their desired pumpkins.
  • Monitor the patch to ensure attendees handle pumpkins gently to prevent damage.
  • Maintain a safe and clear pathway for attendees to walk and pick pumpkins.

3. Pumpkin Painting Station:

• Tasks:
  • Set up tables, tents and painting supplies.
  • Instruct participants on how to paint their pumpkins and provide design inspiration(optional).
  • Monitor the painting station for any spills and clean up immediately.
  • Refill paint containers and provide extra brushes as needed(Provided).
  • Set up a drying area for freshly painted pumpkins.
  • Ensure the safe disposal or recycling of any waste.

4. Information Booth:

• Tasks:
  • Answer any queries related to event schedules, locations, and facilities.
  • Handle lost and found items.
  • Offer general assistance, like first-aid directions or pointing out restroom locations.
  • Provide details about other event-related activities or future events.
  • Collect feedback or suggestions from attendees.
  • Manage any event merchandise or promotional items distribution.

5. Trash and Recycling Volunteer Station:

• Tasks:
  • Regularly patrol event areas to ensure trash is properly disposed of and not littered.
  • Empty bins before they overflow and replace with fresh liners.
