THE HUNT is a seasonal, app-powered scavenger activation. Players find clue cards in the community, race to the pickup hub, and claim the prize through a verified QR claim flow. Claims post live in the Hunt group, so the community sees movement in real time.

The Presenting Partner covers the full year and owns the top lane. THE HUNT Sponsor covers one season and sponsors what the activation does for the community. This is a seasonal moment, not year naming rights, not category ownership, and not a bypass lane.

Activation begins when any deliverable starts

Activation includes onboarding, brand page setup, scheduling, copy and design work, reserving magazine or guide placement, booth assignment, or custom work requested.

Square fees

Square processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

  • Admin fee: 10% of package price (minimums apply below)
  • Lane Hold deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • After activation begins: no refunds (credits or make-goods may apply)

Admin fee minimums

  • Presenting: 10% (min $5,000)
  • Category: 10% (min $2,500)
  • Official: 10% (min $1,000)
  • Seasonal: 10% (min $500)

Other minimums

  • Billboard Bursts: min $750 admin fee
  • Event Sponsorship: flat $50 to $150 admin fee
