Hi! Question… Is this app specifically designed for iPhone? I have an android and I feel like a complete idiot any time I try to find the information regarding this weekends boo fest event. I know that it all is coming through the app. I have read emails saying that I need to check the app and that all info is there. But I for the life of me can not find the load in info or the booth assignments. I see the messages that say they have been sent out. I see the messages that say to check the notifications. I see the notifications that say info is sent out. I for the life of me can’t find the actual information.
Another reason why I ask if it’s designed for Apple is because any time I go to comment on the post to ask a question it pulls up my keyboard over the comment section and so I can’t even read what I’m writing the same time I write it. Creating a post is the only way it’s letting me send a message where I can actually see the message and have my keyboard up at the same time. It’s super frustrating and in turn causes me to not want to keep searching on this app because I can’t even ask the questions in app when I’m lost.
I have done a lot of events. I realize and appreciate that you have the one means of communication through the app. But I just wonder if maybe not all phones are pulling up the info the same way. Because I sure as hell am struggling more than I feel like I should to find the info.
Please help.
Thanks!

Yes, it’s available for both Apple and Android. I can even log in to the app as you—on either device—and record an in-app tour from your point of view. That way, you’ll have a screen recording to keep for your records and see exactly what I’m seeing.
