I am finalizing the event The Woodlands BOOFEST 2024 map today, and I encourage you to carefully review the logistics below. These were shared a few days ago in the vendor group that I requested you join upon signing up, as that group is where all event logistics and vendor communication will be consistently shared. This will be the final mass email I send, so it is essential to join the group and newsletter to stay updated moving forward.

If you do not see your name or business on the event map, please notify me today. For those who selected specific locations, please understand that while I will make every effort to accommodate your request, we prioritize ensuring that vendors offering similar or the same products are not positioned next to each other. Additionally, if you operate a trailer, you may be relocated closer to the trolley road for easier loading and unloading.

Food Truck & Trailer Vendors: If you are a food truck, please email me immediately upon receiving this. If you’re not on the map, it’s intentional because your directions are different.
