- Guest Map Icon: Look for the red map icon, which designates the guest map. This is essential for locating booths and vendor information.
- Final Name Confirmation Deadline: The last opportunity to confirm the correct spelling of your name is at 2:30 PM today. After this time, all vendor highlights and the finalized map will go live for app users.
- Vendor Highlight Newsletter: A special newsletter featuring vendors who purchased the highlight package will be sent out today. The highlight package includes:
- A unique icon displaying your name on the booth map.
- Your active newsfeed within the app, enabling direct engagement with users.
- A feature in the printed vendor highlight section in the event binder.
To participate in the highlight package, the cost is $100. Payments are accepted via Zelle at 214-734-1917 and must be received by 2:30 PM today to secure your spot.
