🚨 Vendor Arrival & Communication Reminder 🚨
Vendors, the reason we have assigned arrival time slots is simple: there isn’t enough space for everyone to show up at once. This protects you from getting ticketed or towed. You only need to bring your booth bare bones at your slot—then you can finish setup later.
Here’s why I ask everyone to follow the 3 simple steps for vendor information:
✅ I do not have the time to email everyone individually.
✅ That’s why all details are inside the Vendor Group and in-app notifications.
✅ Once you set it up the first time, it’s a one-and-done process.
👉 Please make sure your notifications are ON so you don’t miss updates.
Some people have said they’re “not tech-savvy”—but I see y’all on Facebook every day, and this app is actually much easier. I’m not trying to make things difficult; I’m making it easier and smoother for everyone.
What doesn’t make sense is going through the process, reading the directions, agreeing to them, and then deliberately choosing not to follow the instructions. That’s not fair to me or to the other vendors who do things the right way.
I’ll be honest—I’ve been cussed at and spoken to very rudely over something as small as downloading an app and following simple steps. That’s not okay. If you deliberately ignore directions or attack me for running my market the way I’ve laid it out, you risk being placed on a Do Not Vend list.
I want this weekend to be extremely smooth for everyone. If you follow the directions, it will be. If you choose not to, you’ll simply be waiting until I finish helping those who did.
