I want to clear something up because I keep getting messages that “you didn’t receive the information.”
👉 The information has already been sent out to the accounts you originally used to book your market. If you go and create a duplicate account and then log into that one, of course you won’t see it — because it’s sitting in your original account.
✅ If you forgot your password, all you need to do is click “Forgot Password” and reset it. Once you log back in to the correct account, you’ll see all your notifications and messages.
Please make sure you’re logging into the same account you booked under, not a new one. That’s the only way to ensure you receive everything on time.
Every time an account is created on this platform I get a notification so I’m watching those who are doing this in real time create an account and then back door and message me that they didnt get the information
