HARRIS COUNTY TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT FORM
If you a food vendor and not protected under the Texas Cottage Law you need a temporary food permit.

Do we need this if we already have a permanent Harris County health permit?

@steven-esman I don’t believe so however I am not 100% sure if you would have to get it for each location you setup at. I would call and ask.

I’ve submitted my application a week ago and I still haven’t heard back, I’ve also tried calling and they said they are still working on it. What do I do if it gets to the event date and they still haven’t sent it to me?

?@Jennifer? I haven’t event gotten an invoice or receipt from them…they haven’t reached out at all.

?@Jennifer? then you should probably call them because normally when you submit your application it’s done in person or over the phone and they could take payment that way too and they give you a receipt.
