If you’re planning to serve or sell any kind of food or beverage at this year’s BOOFEST in The Woodlands, please read this carefully:
📍 The Woodlands is in Montgomery County, which requires all food vendors to:
✅ 1. Obtain a Temporary Food Service Permit
This includes anyone handling food or drink—whether you’re selling pre-packaged snacks, baked goods, or cooking on-site.
You’ll need to apply through Montgomery County Health Department.

👉 We recommend applying at least 3–4 weeks in advance.✅ 2. Provide Proof of Insurance
General liability insurance is required for all food vendors.
