If you’re vending with The Livable Forest this year—especially at The Woodlands BOOFEST—please read carefully and follow these important guidelines:

✅ Food Vendors:

All food vendors must submit valid permits and insurance before the event. No exceptions.

📍 Booth Assignments:

Booth locations are assigned by me based on the order your booking is received. The earlier you book, the better your spot!

You will receive your booth assignment one month before the event.

💳 Payments & Deadlines:

If you choose a partial payment option, your spot is reserved but the final payment is due by September 5th, no matter which event you booked.

September 5th is the final day to book for The Woodlands BOOFEST—partial payments will no longer be accepted after this date, and full payment will be required to secure your spot.

📅 Booking Deadlines:

All market bookings are due one month prior to the event date to ensure smooth planning and communication.

⚠️ Important Communication Notice:

You must follow the booking instructions posted on The Vendor Information page.

If you choose to keep your notifications off and do not join the official vendor group, you agree not to receive any setup details or updates.

All important updates and day-of-event information will be shared exclusively in the vendor group.

No exceptions.
