September 5th is the absolute LAST day to:
✔️ Book your spot for The Woodlands BOOFEST
✔️ Pay your remaining balance (if you’re on a payment plan)
✔️ Receive your booth placement and setup time for the event
✔️ Food vendors: Submit your permit and insurance

This helps us keep everything super organized so your vendor experience is smooth and stress-free!
