SANCTUARY NOTES (Card Pull + Journal Prompt)
I was asked if I could share one of my full “card pull” videos so you can see what it’s like — so I’m resharing one I recorded earlier in 2025.
Just to be clear: this isn’t tarot.
These are journal prompt / affirmation cards . I pull one, read it, and then I elaborate with real-life perspective and reflection.
This one is one of my favorites:
Rooted in Truth, Open to Joy
This pull felt like a soft whisper to the soul a reminder that becoming your best self doesn’t always come with applause or understanding from the outside world. And honestly… it doesn’t need to.
Growth is not a performance. It’s a quiet, sacred unfolding. It’s personal. It’s rooted in your rhythm, your truth, your becoming.
In today’s reflection, we make space for release. We explore what it means to stay grounded in your truth even when it disrupts other people’s expectations. We invite joy in not cautiously, but openly. And we let adversity sit beside us, not as an enemy, but as a teacher.
Most importantly, we soften. Because some days strength looks like stillness. Some days it looks like tears. And some days it looks like simply choosing to begin again.
There is strength in softness. There is power in presence. There is magic in meeting yourself exactly where you are.
Prompt for you (if you want to join in):
Where in your life are you being called to stay rooted in truth and where are you ready to let joy in?
