Enroll your facility and we’ll assign zone-locked drivers who serve your establishment. Staff book trips strictly between your authorized pick-up and drop-off addresses, and only those appear in booking. At checkout, only your assigned drivers are shown.

Required: To hold driver coverage during any active hour, you must complete at least 2 bookings in that hour. No exceptions. This applies to all trip types: rider transport, food pickups, errands, and courier packages. You can pre-book and pay up to 7 days in advance, and those bookings count toward the 2+ per hour for their scheduled hours.

  • Assigned drivers only: We assign drivers who are locked to your zone. Your staff only sees these drivers in the app.
  • Authorized addresses only: Bookings are limited to the pick-up and drop-off addresses you approve.
  • Default coverage hours: Drivers follow your business operating hours by default. You may specify different service hours. If you do not, your business hours apply.
  • Mandatory minimum: 2 bookings per active hour to hold coverage. No exceptions. Rides, food pickups, errands, and courier packages all count.
  • Advance scheduling: Book and pay up to 7 days in advance. Pre-paid future bookings count toward the 2+ per hour for their scheduled hours.
  • Pricing: Public in-app rate is $0.75/min ($45/hr), $5 minimum, no surge. Total shown before you confirm.
  • Cancel and no-show fee: $50 per occurrence for facility-initiated cancellations or no-shows.
  • If minimum isn’t met: Coverage for that hour isn’t held and may be released to general demand. You can still book when an assigned driver is free.

How it works

1) Enroll and accept terms

Confirm the 2+ per hour minimum, annual access, and cancel or no-show fee. We activate your facility and assign drivers.

2) Submit authorized addresses

Provide your allowed pick-up and drop-off list (example: Main Entrance, Therapy, Partner Clinic). Include preferred restaurants, pharmacies, and offices.

3) Set coverage blocks

Choose hours you’ll consistently reach 2+ per hour. Pre-load up to 7 days and compress low-demand windows to keep coverage held.

4) Book (App or Desktop)

Select approved addresses, pick an assigned driver, add notes (names, entrances, assistance), and confirm. If a driver is collecting an order, notify the pickup spot with the driver’s name, vehicle make and model, and license plate for a smooth handoff.

How far in advance can we schedule?

Can we run with fewer than 2 bookings in an hour?

No. The 2+ per hour minimum is required to hold coverage. If you don’t meet it, that hour isn’t held.

What counts as a booking?

All trip types count equally: rider transport, food pickup or delivery, errands, and courier or package drop-offs.

Reminder: For pickups at restaurants, pharmacies, or other locations, please notify the site with your driver’s name, vehicle make and model, and license plate so they can release the order smoothly.

How do we add a new pickup or drop-off location?

Email your authorized address updates to info@thelivableforest.com and we’ll update your approved list.

What are the cancellation and no-show terms?

Facility-initiated cancellations or no-shows are charged $50 per occurrence.

What hours do drivers operate for our facility?
