Rain Date Update 🌧️🎃
I did schedule a rain date just in case — it would be Halloween night, October 31.
We have two time options:
🕓 4 PM – 9 PM (same as usual) — but this overlaps with elementary school dismissal times, or
🕔 5 PM – 10 PM — which might work better since families usually start arriving around 5–5:30 anyway.
It’s a Friday, so I still expect a great turnout even if we start a little later!
👉 I’d love your feedback — which time would you prefer if we end up needing the rain date?
Important Event Update ☔️🎃
This is not a cancellation — we’re still planning to move forward this Saturday as scheduled!
However, if it’s actively storming when BOOFEST begins, the rain date will automatically go into effect.

What are our options if we are unable to attend 10/31?

?@Yolanda? When situations like this come up, I credit the accounts of vendors who can’t attend for any reason. The credit equals the booth fee and can be used on anything in my store—future markets, advertising, or products (including Pottery Barn items). I don’t just keep your money and say, ‘oh well, it rained’—that’s not how I operate.
