1️⃣ In-App Only Messages
If you click “Go to Post” from your email, you will see:
“link.thelivableforest.com doesn’t support a secure connection with HTTPS.”

👉 That’s because these are IN-APP ONLY messages.
Your email is just a notification that prompts you to log in and check your app notifications directly. Please always go into the app to view vendor updates or any updates for that matter.

2️⃣ Use the Same Name & Email You Registered With
Please stop booking markets under a different name and email than the one you used to register your account. When you do this:

• It makes it very hard to locate you in the system.

• Your booth won’t be counted on the map.

• You’ll end up frustrated when you don’t have a space assigned.

For smooth check-in and accurate booth placement, always use your registered account name and email for bookings.

3️⃣ Food Vendors – Insurance Required
If you are a food truck or food vendor, please send in your insurance. I am not sure why the majority of you have not done this yet.

⚠️ If you do not send it in, you will not be able to participate.
⚠️ If you show up without it, you will be asked to leave.

No refunds will be given.
